- We believe in the primacy of human rights of the trafficked persons whoshould be at the centre of all efforts to prevent and combat trafficking.
- Anti-trafficking measures should not adversely affect the human rightsand dignity of persons, in particular the rights of those who have been trafficked.
- Anti-trafficking programs and migration legislation should underline a comprehensive victim-centered approach.
- The challenge to provide adequate programs on trafficking prevention requires a multi-agency approach - both at the national as well as on the regional level.
- All relevant actors: nongovernmental groups and organizations, nationaл ministries and departments of education, and other governmental institutions should be involved in designing and implementing antitrafficking responses.
- Anti-trafficking programs must be socially adequate, culturally sensitive and sustainable.

- Trafficking prevention through education, training, community outreach, capacity building, lobbying and advocacy.
- Re-trafficking prevention: trafficking victim assistance through programs of rescue, reintegration and rehabilitation
